Has stepped up, and will be coming to talk to us about how he has Taken Action and secured £12.2 million worth of options this year!

“I regularly meet with investors around the country and at networking events and if there is one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s this.,
It’s not the knowledge that counts – it’s the taking action that matters.
If I stepped back right now and looked at what I was doing last October, then although I had ambitious goals for this year; what we’ve actually achieved has just blown me away.
I don’t push this out to boast or to talk about how good I am – I tell you this so that you can hopefully be inspired as I am not any different to you – I just managed to make this whole property game work for me in a way that has just taken off big time!
In the space of less than 8 months, my new company; Millennia Property has massively expanded going from one to five letting offices; we’ve taken over control of more than £12.2 million worth of assets and now, we are spearheading the education of investors who wish to build a solid successful and profitable business using cutting edge sales and marketing strategies blended with sound business and financial management.
Come along and learn some real-life strategies that you can employ to take action (if you want to) and end 2010 with a great big bang! We’ll talk about lease options, guaranteed rents, long-stop completions, rental agencies, big cashflows, quirky properties – a fully interactive session.
