Peter is a full time, active property investor with plenty of experience to share, who bought his first BTL property in 1986.
Peter is currently building a large portfolio of Lease Option properties, at the rate of an average two per week, although last week I did four!
He has, just this year, completed 36 Lease options deals – right here in the North East (and he lives in Buckinghamshire!)
