Our Speakers for this month are a couple who have made great progress in property in just the last few years, arguable one of the toughest times in property most of us can remember.
Margaret-Ann and William have been investing in property for approximately 4.5 years. They’ve built up their own property portfolio of 20 properties.
In addition, They also source their own BMV & lease Options leads/deals and sell onto investors throughout the UK. They also offer an assisted sale service to their sellers.
One of their goals was to help/educate others. Since September 2010 they have held their own Wealth Dragons Unleashed networking events in Edinburgh, as well as launching unleashed events throughout the country. They’ve also ran Wealth Dragons 4 day Bootcamp in Scotland and Lease Options Intensive day.
Since John & Vincent (the Wealth Dragons) approached them to work in partnership with them, they have since up sticks and left everything behind in Scotland and moved to Milton Keynes in March 2011 to work even more closely with them.
They currently run the Wealth Dragons apprenticeship programme & train at other Wealth Dragons events.
Margaret-Ann and William will be talking to us about a subject that is at the foundation of successfully building a property portfolio – Lead Generation.
In particular, how they use the Internet to generate the leads, which allows them to source enough deals, not only for themselves, but with a surplus to allow them to sell them onto other investors.
