Our speaker for this evening is John Paul from The Castledene Group speaking to us about updates to the LHA system and also how to systemise your property business ie how he used systems, procedure and processes to grow The Castledene Group.
John is the owner of Castledene Property Management, a hugely successful lettings agency in the North East. He believes the secret to his success was to see the niche in the property lettings market regarding LHA, which is why he is also known as The LHA Expert. Unlike most other Letting Agents, John’s target market is landlords with LHA tenants and he has made it his business to understand how the system works, and how to make it work for him, and also the Landlords whose properties both himself and his team manage.
In just 3 years, Castledene Property Management now manages 1,400 properties over 7 branches with well over 1,000 tenants being on LHA. They also get paid direct from the council, for over 97% of those LHA Tenants, so what they do certainly does work.
At the North East Property Forum he will be sharing the tips and techniques he has used to make Castledene innovative and successful, and will also show you how you can implement them for yourself.
